1. HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Orders placed before 9 AM PST on any business day will be processed and shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Business days are Monday-Thursday, except for holidays.

Please be aware it may take additional time to process orders paid by echeck.

If you would like to receive a UPS tracking number you can do so by emailing jeff@lucky13apparel.com with your order id number.

2. HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

All of our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange them for something of equal or lesser value or receive store credit for a future purchase. All we ask is that they are in the same condition you received them, with the original tags still attached. To exchange or return, please print out either your order invoice or receipt. If you did not receive an invoice or receipt via email, please include a note with the full name of the person it was ordered under. State whether you would like a different size, item of equal or lesser value, or store credit.

3. WHY AM I GETTING THE ERROR “NO AVAILABLE SHIPPING TO MY AREA?"

I’m sorry but at this time we do not ship internationally. You are welcome to place your order and have it shipped to a friend or family member within the US, who can forward it onto you. Also, Please check out our list of international distributors below, that ship almost anywhere!

4. WHERE IS MY SIZE?

If you do not see the size bucket you are looking for, that size/style is discontinued and will not be restocked. If the size bucket is shown but “out of stock,” that item will be restocked, give it a week or two.
